Shipping Policy


Processing Times

1 to 3 days from order placement including design approval and printing. 

Customer is responsible for providing prompt approval on personalised prints as this will affect processing times. Please look out for your inbox including junkmail. If we do not receive approval from the customer within 2 days, it is assumed that no changes are required and production will proceed without customer's approval.

 

Domestic Australian Shipping

A4 prints- FREE untracked shipping via Australia Post Regular Letter. Registered Post upgrades available for tracking at checkout.

For ease of mind, we recommend upgrading to Registered Post or Express Post at checkout. Sticky Bee Studio is not responsible for any orders that may go missing.

A3 & A2 prints- FREE tracked shipping via Australia Post Standard Parcel Post or courier services.

Express shipping $15 via Australia Post Express Post.

 

International Shipping

Calculated tracked shipping via international courier services.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. 

 

Digital Files 

You will receive your digital print in high resolution 300 DPI printable image in a JPG file. It will be emailed directly to you through your personal email through a downloadable link on WeTransfer.

If you require a different format file, please contact us prior to purchase.

All DIGITAL prints purchased are strictly for PERSONAL USE ONLY. Please do not share, resell or reproduced artwork in any manner, whatsoever.

 

Delivery Times

Domestic Standard Shipping takes 2-10 business days depending on customer's location. Regional area customers may experience longer shipping times. 

Domestic Express Shipping takes 1-3 business days in capital cities and 2-5 business days in regional areas.

International shipping takes 10-28 business day depending on customer's location. Sticky Bee Studio is not responsible for delays due to customs. 

Customers may experience delivery delays due to disruptions that may occur such as Covid-19, extreme weather conditions, peak season etc.

 

Shipping Guidelines

Once your order has been dispatched and in the hands of the courier, we have no control over how or when it gets delivered.

Sticky Bee Studio accepts no liability for loss, theft, damage or incorrect address upon delivering and receiving of parcel to the nominated address. 

Customers are responsible for tracking their own parcels and ensuring someone is available to attend to the delivery where ATL (Authority to Leave) service is not available or nominated. Redeliveries will incur additional costs. 

We recommend providing a reliable address with someone available to attend to the delivery and/ or a safe place to leave the delivery.

 

Change of Address

Please contact us immediately or within 24 hours to find out if your address can be changed. Orders that are already dispatched cannot be rerouted to a new address.
