Returns and Exchanges
All our products at Sticky Bee Studio are customised and made to order. Unfortunately due to the nature of the product, returns and exchanges are not accepted.
Incorrect and Faulty Items
We are committed to ensuring that every item we dispatch is correct and of the highest quality. However, mistakes unfortunately do happen. Should you receive an incorrect or faulty item, please contact us immediately or within 24 hours of receiving your item. We will not accept returns outside of this timeframe.
Please include photos of the fault alleged to access your return. If the product is eligible for a return, we will cover the return shipping cost and either exchange or refund your initial purchase price including shipping.
The returned item must be nicely packed and in its original packaging with tags included. The refund will be processed once the item is received and inspected. If the product is damaged or lost in transit, we will not be able to accept the return.
Returns sent back to us without a request first will not be accepted.
Sale Items and Gift Cards
Please note that we do not accept any returns or exchanges on sale items and gift cards.
Cancellation
If you made a purchase and would like to cancel it, please contact us immediately or within 24 hours to find out if your order can be cancelled.
If you make an accidental duplicate purchase of an item and require a refund, a 25% restocking fee will incur.
Any orders that have already been processed are non-refundable.
Consumer Error
Please note that we do accept returns due to the customer’s incorrect judgment. Such as selecting the wrong artwork size, incorrect interpretation of design elements or if the artwork does not suit or fit the desired space.

Loss, Theft or Damaged Items
Sticky Bee Studio accepts no liability for loss, theft, or damage upon delivering and receiving of parcel to the nominated address.
We will always try our best to help out where possible. Please contact us immediately if you believe there is a problem so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
